Wow, my first calcium bentonite clay body mask. I got the pure powder
and mixed it 50/50 with apple cider vinegar. It works so well I can't
even crack a smile at the moment.. Does anyone have a good homemade
lotion recipe?

A is for Auntie, she works and she mends,
N is for Native American friends.
K is for kitchen, the oven's on low,
S is for silverware, set in a row.
G is for Grandma, the one we love most,
I is for inside, where we're warm as toast.
V is for vegetables, eat them we try,
I is for icecream on top of the pie.
N is for never do we have enough dressing,
G is for Grandpa, who gives thanks for our blessings.

Wow, I didn't realize I had so many beautiful song beings.. Just
sitting with these sonic structures of light and admiring them with
all their imperfections, ego aside. Kinda reminds me of my first
piano.. Legs, she was so out of tune, but I loved her.. the notes
sounded like church bells to me and that is how I became a musician.

I had a wonderful lunch meeting today with my Mom @ JFK! And I'm
having Chinese sweets for desert ; ) Xie Xie!

I went to my first beginners Pilates class today! It was great! The
instructor said that my back will heal and I personally feel that
these techniques are quite useful. I recommend a beginners Pilates
class to anyone with back aches & pains ; )

Talking with my Mom via Skype, she is in China giving a speech! Go
Technology! Go Mom!

Evening sail up to the statue of Liberty for a toast. It was splendid!
